Milestone reports should show completed work, current issues, upcoming activities and the approvals required from the client. Photographs are more useful when dated and tied to specific work items.

Keep drawings, BOQs, selections, variations and payment records in an organised shared document system. Scheduled video inspections complement—rather than replace—independent professional checks.
